Open Events

Open Evening - Thursday 28th September 2023

We are delighted to announce the arrangements for our Open Evening that will be taking place on Thursday 28^th September, 6pm – 7:30pm.

This is an event for current Year 5 and Year 6 students, and their parents/carers, and is designed as a “first encounter with WSE.”  Therefore, if you haven’t attended any of our recent Open Events this is the perfect event for you to attend. 

During the evening there will be a presentation from our Headteacher, which will mirror the one given during recent Open Mornings, and an opportunity to tour our school, led by some of our students.  Whilst normal lessons will not be taking place we will provide you with a classroom demonstration in each of our subjects allowing you to sample some of the content provided within a Year 7 lesson.

After the tour there will be a further opportunity to ask any questions you may have of our Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, Senior Students and Governors.

Refreshments will be available from our PTA.
